Appeal for information into Brindley Place sexual assault

Police investigating a serious sexual assault in Birmingham city centre are appealing for information. 

A 20-year-old woman is believed to have been sexually assaulted while in the Brindley Place area at around 2am on Saturday 29 July.

Officers have and will continue to carry out increased patrols in the vicinity and are now appealing to trace these three men who were in the area at the time of the attack. 

A man arrested at the time has been released pending further investigation, as forensic work continues.
